Projects

Dual learning in higher and adult education

With this project, Agoria, CVO Altus, CVO VTI Brugge, Huis van het leren, POM West-Vlaanderen and VIVES under the coordination of TUA investigated the possibilities, preconditions and modalities of dual learning in adult education and higher education.

Content

In co-creation with companies, dual pathways were developed in the Electromecanicien training of CVO VTI Brugge and in the graduate courses Electromechanical Systems, Vehicle Techniques and Network Management of VIVES.

The partners together sought to respond to challenges related to raising awareness among trainees and employers, the status of the learner and financial incentives for companies, and the provision of quality apprenticeships and mentoring training.
