You can't ignore it: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere and does appear in the media on a weekly basis. AI also offers surprising opportunities for businesses. In manufacturing environments, using AI in production and logistics processes can lead to greater efficiency. But AI's influence extends beyond the factory floor. In the service sector, for example, AI is being used to predict customer behavior, provide personalized experiences and explore new markets.

The digital train is racing faster than ever. Whether you are pro or con, a large enterprise or a small SME, you cannot afford to miss this train! However, as an SME, you may have little time, resources, staff or expertise to invest in it.

That’s why, with Art-IE, we’re giving you a boost. Our AI experts are happy to help your company innovate with AI.

There are two possible forms of cooperation:

a short-term innovation track: your SME does not receive financial support, but a collaboration with one of our AI labs worth a maximum of €22,000. This collaboration has a duration of minimum 10 and maximum 60 working days.
a larger scale collaboration up to a maximum of €100,000 where your SME becomes a partner in our project and receives 50% subsidy from Interreg Flanders-Netherlands.

Your company is eligible to participate in Art-IE if:

it is an SME;
the SME is located in the provinces of West Flanders (excluding the districts of Veurne and Ypres), East Flanders, Antwerp, Limburg or Flemish Brabant (only the district of Leuven);
You have an innovation question in digitalization where AI can provide a solution;
your question is both economically and socially relevant.
