Pour y rem\u00e9dier, ce projet a mis en place des installations de recherche ouvertes au Coll\u00e8ge universitaire VIVES de Roulers et au Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus de Maastricht UMC+ et de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Maastricht, r\u00e9unissant l&rsquo;expertise des domaines de la nutrition et des soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de ces installations de recherche ouvertes, les partenaires se sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des entreprises alimentaires et \u00e0 des acteurs du secteur de la sant\u00e9 dans le cadre de deux projets pilotes, l&rsquo;un sur la faiblesse musculaire chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (sarcop\u00e9nie) et l&rsquo;autre sur les maladies pulmonaires chroniques (MPOC).
